Prejudiced

In many of the scattered blogging magazines lying around my house, many of the entries in them talk about the fear of starting a blog because they "don't know what to write about"... Well, that's the same with me, but as I have nothing much better to do except my imposing Algebra homework, I'm going to try.

Let's see, let's see... One thing that bugs me about myself is my prejudice. It's not necessarily a bad thing, just like Elizabeth Bennet isn't exactly doing anything wrong by judging Mr. Darcy's personality, it just gets in the way somewhat. I mean, as soon as I see a person is, oh, say, a Liberal or Agnostic, my respect and expectations of them drop like the stock market, with me bein' a Jesus lovin', Satan hatin', Bible readin' Conservative Southern Baptist, of course. It sometimes gets in the way of what might become a good friendship or a chance to minister to a lost person. But as soon as I see that, I usually quit "stalking" them on facebook (as an example, I never stalk people) and forget about them. It's a good thing I don't want to go into politics whatsoever. I guess one new year's resolution I could make, even though my resolution was to not make any resolutions, is me, myself, and I working on my prejudice "problem". It's not really a problem, because being prejudice can be a good thing, but when it gets in the way of a good friendship, you have to stop and think: which is better?

It's not like anyone is going to read this, but typing is faster than writing. Well, as my last bits of sanity dwindle like this blog, I say good bye.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! (Both belated...)
